What This Job Involves

Collaborate with the content team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring seamless functionality across various devices and browsers.
Create engaging and visually appealing layouts that align with company’s brand identity and messaging.
Implement custom animations and interactions to enhance user engagement and site interactivity.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine visibility.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging web design technologies to continuously improve our online presence.

Sound like you? To apply, you need to be/have:

Proven experience as a Website Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.
Proficiency in Webflow, including design, interactions, and responsive development.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design concepts.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and troubleshoot as needed.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage project timelines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with the team.
