Commercial Director -Arabic Speaker
About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Director -Arabic Speaker to lead our home appliance business to new heights being based in Amman, JORDAN. The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring profitability within the home appliance industry.
This role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong understanding of the home appliance market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the home appliance businesss commercial strategy, encompassing pricing, market positioning, and product selection.
- Expand sales by identifying new market opportunities, growing the customer base, and establishing partnerships with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure and enhance profitability through cost control, pricing tactics, and product portfolio management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competition, analyzing data for opportunities and threats.
- Lead a high-performing commercial team, including sales, marketing, and business development, to meet targets.
- Manage budgets, including sales and marketing, to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create home appliance products aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding their needs.
- Work with the marketing team to implement strategies for brand awareness, customer engagement, and increased product sales.
- Oversee negotiations with suppliers, distributors, and partners to secure favorable agreements.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team and stakeholders on the businesss performance, including sales, finances, and market insights.
Requirements

- Any degree related to business management or certification in the related operational field.
- Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
- With 5-6 years of experience in similar operations, and a proven track record of success in a leadership role for a minimum of 3 years in the home appliance or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of the home appliance market, including consumer preferences and competitive landscape.
- UAE /GCC market experience is a must for an application for this position.
- Willing to be based to handle the operations from JORDAN.
- Native Arabic speaker.
