Role Description

This full-time, on-site role, located in Amman, involves the day-to-day tasks associated with digital marketing and social media specialist. The specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing campaigns, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, managing and growing our followers and subscribers through social campaigns and webinars, and identifying and researching new social media trends to implement and maintain digital marketing strategies that reach a larger target audience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
• Experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Excellent knowledge of web analytics, including regularly monitoring, reporting, and effectively analyzing data from Google Analytics and other relevant analytical tools
• Ability to research, identify, and implement new social media trends and technologies
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant digital marketing software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and under tight deadlines
• Ability to create and develop compelling, engaging, and creative content across social media platforms
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
