Urgently required for a major company in Kuwait a Call Center Operator (recruitment from inside Kuwait)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operator at Al Ameeri Group Holding located in Kuwait City. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for answering incoming customer inquiries, handling complaints, identifying and escalating priority issues, and providing outstanding customer service. The Call Center Operator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support and Contact Centers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or any related field.
