Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share

3.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastic industry

4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

5.Provide guidance and support to the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals

6.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

7.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

8.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

9.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in the plastic sector

Requirements and Qualification:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

2. 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the plastic industry

3. In-depth knowledge of the plastic industry, including market dynamics, products, competitors, and trends

4.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

6. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels within organizations

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends

8.Have an Excellent Attitude.
