Responsibilities:

1. Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or delivery notes.

2. Inspect and record any damages or discrepancies in received goods.

3. Safely store received goods in designated locations within the warehouse.

4. Maintain an organized inventory system using manual or computerized methods.

5. Regularly conduct stock checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

6. Prepare orders for dispatch by picking, packing, labeling, and staging products

7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

8. Operate forklifts or other equipment to move, stack, or retrieve products as needed.

9. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse environment.

10. Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements and Qualification:

1. Diploma in mechanical engineer or related field

2. 3-5 years’ experience working as a Warehouse Keeper or similar role .

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records.

5. Familiarity with warehouse management systems like (ERP, Excel) is an advantage.

6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

7. Have an Excellent Attitude.

8. Have experience in spare part.

9. Prefer Located in( Madaba,South AMMAN, Al Jezah )
