Summary

As an Assistant Manager in the Stewarding department at Park Hyatt Doha, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of our luxury hotel. You will oversee the daily operations of the Stewarding team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation are maintained in all food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and public areas.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Stewarding department of a luxury hotel or similar establishment.
Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in a food and beverage environment.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
