Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our real estate company’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a proven track record of managing complex operations. As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following
Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising the administrative staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Overseeing the financial management of the company, including budgets, expenses, and revenue
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensuring that the company’s physical and digital infrastructure is maintained and upgraded as needed
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
