Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in frontend and backend engineering to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in software development, along with proven leadership skills and a passion for driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
– Lead and mentor a diverse team of frontend and backend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
– Provide guidance, support, and technical expertise to the team, ensuring their professional growth and development.
2. Technical Strategy and Architecture:
– Define and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for frontend and backend development projects.

3. Project Management:
– Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of frontend and backend projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
– Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
4. Technical Expertise:
– Provide hands-on technical leadership and support to the team, including code reviews, technical design discussions, and issue resolution.
– Stay abreast of the latest frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and tools, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on frontend and backend technologies.
– Proven experience in leading and managing teams of engineers.
– Strong technical background in frontend technologies such as ReactJs/VueJS/JQuery, as well as backend technologies such as PHP/Node/Python.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working in a similar role in the software development industry in Jordan or the Middle East region.
