Finance and HR Senior Officer is a dual-role position responsible for overseeing the financial operations and human resources functions within the company. This role requires a detail-oriented and professionalism with expertise in finance and human resources management. The Finance and HR Senior Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient functioning and contributes to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Budgeting and Forecasting:
● Develop and monitor annual budgets.
● Manage financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Financial Reporting:
● Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
● Ensure compliance with accounting principles and reporting standards.
Projects Financial Reporting and Budgeting:

● Manage financial forecasting and variance analysis.
● Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for donors and clients.
● Ensure compliance with donor regulations.
Accounts Management:
● Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
● Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any financial issues.
● Prepare Sales tax reports
● Prepare and manage social security accounts and income tax calculations.
Cash Flow Management:
● Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
● Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize working capital.
Human Resources Management:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
● Participate in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
● Develop and implement onboarding programs.
Employee Relations:
● Address employee queries and concerns, fostering positive employee relations.
● Support the resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
HR Administration:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Training and Development:

● Proficient in financial software and HRIS systems.
● Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
