Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current Finance & Accounting business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document detailed information about existing processes, including activities, inputs, and outputs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes and the technical solutions involved in improving them.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users, to understand and collect their requirements on processes.
- Model existing and improved business processes using tools such as flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams.
- Provide recommendations and solutions for optimizing business processes based on analysis and stakeholder input.
- Help in designing and implementing technical solutions to automate and streamline processes using tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Automate where applicable.
Key Requirements :

- Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using tools for process modeling, such as flowcharts and process maps
- Data analysis skills to gather and utilize process data
- Proficiency in using MS Office Excel is required. Familiarity with MS Access is preferred but not required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to evaluate the impact of proposed process changes.
- Proficiency in documenting processes, requirements, and changes in a clear and organized manner.
- Basic familiarity in using automation tools such as Power Automate is preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering or any related field
