Position Purpose
To achieve the planned sales distribution, market share, and merchandising activities targets within the defined geographical region. Ensure that all sales and field activities within the area of responsibility are implemented by company priorities, procedures, compliance, and budget criteria.
The position will work in Manisa and its surrounding region and will report to the Western Regions Sales Manager.
What Will You Do – Responsibilities
- Distribute, spend, control, and monitor the budgets allocated to the region to achieve the distribution, market share, and merchandising targets
- Recommend and develop regional sales and merchandising activities and ensure their implementation following company procedures
- Ensure that JTI products are distributed perfectly in retail sales in terms of number and weight, and control investments in terms of efficiency parameters
- Prepare and follow up annual, monthly, and project-based targets
- Closely follow up on distributor orders and debits/receivables
- Carry out field visits, the minimum number of which is determined by the company, keeping records, and ensuring that field practices of sales, distribution, and commercial marketing are fully carried out in line with processes and procedures
- Ensure that all channel-based strategies and projects are implemented within the scope of responsibility, in line with company priorities and procedures
Who are We Looking For – Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Minimum of 5 years FMCG sales experience
- Experience regarding follow-up and control of the distributor activities
- University Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of upper-intermediate English language skills (speaking & writing)
- Experienced leadership skills, people management skills
- Mobile to travel & work within different locations in Turkey
