Sales Account Manager
About the job
Circa is seeking a Sales Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with significant accounts. Responsible for developing the business through managing partner restaurants and maintaining long-term relationships. Manage existing client accounts and handle communication between clients and other parties, menu photos, promotions, renegotiation, and transmission methods optimization as well as other special account management ad hoc projects as per standards set.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent service and support by regular calling in order to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients/restaurants and companies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and logistical issues.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all event components meet established standards and deliver a consistent, positive experience.
- Gather feedback from clients, customers, and partners to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy, and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput, and cost across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with operations managers regarding risks, mitigation strategies, and the success of the project.
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.
- Make sure that the menus of the clients on all sales channels are up to date at all times.
- Advertisement sales: Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus, branding stickers at restaurants, banners, and newsletters.
- Coordinate with the restaurant, if the restaurant is live or active on aggregators such as Talabat and Careem, checking and resolving the reason, such as shutdown or stopped delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including, but not limited to:
- Sales report, including increased sales analysis after placing promotions, vouchers, and coupons.
- Follow-up activities.
- Restaurant performance analysis report.
- Account management report.
Requirements

- Strong English skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Account Management, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Microsoft Outlook, and CRM’s
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience in handling complex situations and interacting with diverse stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and understanding of client circumstances and context, and responding with appropriate solutions.
- Multi-tasking management skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines and budgets.
