Crystel is looking for Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that Service Advisors are providing excellent customer service and following the set standards and phone etiquette techniques.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for providing excellent customer service.
• Following up with Quality Assurance Analysts on their daily tasks.
• Evaluating Quality Assurance Analysts’ team on a monthly basis.
• Following up with Quality Assurance Analysts on their daily tasks.
• Providing training, coaching, feedback, and assistance to the Quality Assurance team and ensuring they understand and implement current and new policies and procedures for quality.
• Design quality rules and guidelines to achieve the highest performances with team managers.
• Conducts process and audits to confirm compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to multi-task
• Positive attitude
• Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others
• Customer service oriented
• Problem analysis and solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Excellent motivator
• Excellent knowledge of Excel use (advanced)
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
