One of our clients in Jordan – Amman is seeking a highly organized and Personal Assistant, as following:
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
– Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the company and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organize and attend meetings.
– Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
– Provide quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
– 3 years experience as an Personal Assistant.
– Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
– Adept at quickly learning new processes and technology systems as needed.
– High level of discretion and confidentiality.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
