Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to lead our Partner Success and Delivery Team. This team plays a critical role in fostering strong relationships between our clients and vendors, ensuring the smooth execution of projects while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic mindset to drive growth through the establishment of new vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that vendors meet or exceed our company’s quality and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, actively managing and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Source and evaluate potential new vendor relationships, conducting thorough assessments to ensure compatibility with our company’s needs and values.
- Identify and capitalize on potential avenues to expand our range of services across various aspects of the client’s portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, providing insights and recommendations to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement within our vendor network.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with other teams, such as Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to drive continuous enhancement of service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
