A leading Factories located in Qatar is seeking to recruit the Opening Vacancies:
GENERAL MANAGER
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the packaging factory, ensuring adherence to quality standards along with the QA QC officer, safety protocols, and production schedules with Elay
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality packaging solutions
Educational Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, or a related field is often required. Some companies may prefer candidates with a master’s degree in business administration (MBA)
- Several years of experience in a managerial or leadership role is essential. This could include experience in a packaging company or a related industry
- Experience in sales and marketing is beneficial as the General Manager may be involved in developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales and market share
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards related to the packaging industry is important to ensure that the company operates within legal and ethical boundaries
