Job Specific Accountabilities:
Compliance and data analyst
- Maintains control of documents to ensure compliance with internal monitoring procedures
- Handles the data processing platform including submissions, loading, cleansing & analysis to support the company’s compliance with state and federal aggregate spend reporting and disclosure laws
- Performs ongoing & standardized reviews/audits of travel and other expenses categories as needed to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance that ensures compliance activities that are aligned with objectives.
- Identifies data elements/entries which could present a compliance risk and provides data to management for development of an audit scorecard to detect potential investigations.
- Works closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, finance & research plus external service providers to manage timeliness and quality of data.
- Provide counselling to internal data providers in regard to required data elements in order to ensure complete and accurate data submissions within cross-functional teams while supporting compliance activities, Delivers ongoing compliance training around risk areas and additional Hikma policies to maintain companywide understating of governing laws and policies
- Works with supervisors and staff to mitigate incidents and record them within the Incident Reporting system
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements to utilize their knowledge to be following regulations, industry standards, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare analyses/reports based on compliance audit results, to recommend for corrective actions while maintaining records and following up on corrective actions
Medical Part

- Creates & updates knowledge base documents to ensure medical information enquiries about Hikma products are addressed efficiently.
- Assists in the receipt, documentation, & transfer to relevant Departments of suspected adverse events & product quality complaints to ensure processing within the required timelines.
- Aids in the review of promotion & non-promotion materials to ensure that medical information is accurate & balanced.
Market access:
- Develop strong, defensible and differentiate value propositions for products with the health committees in collaboration with product and regional marketers
- Prepare analytic calculators, literature reviews, and other marketing collateral that simply and effectively communicates these value propositions
- Generate evidence that substantiates the economic value propositions.
- Pricing – manage and advise on all aspects of pricing and pricing approval upon adoption level.
- Manage the relevant Market Access activities.
- Initiate formulary/preferred medicine lists negotiations
Qualifications & experience:
