Under the leadership of Interventional Therapies Training Academy Leader for EMEA Region-Led Markets EMEA RLM), this role supports the implementation of the training and educational activities in all fields related to Coronary/Aortic/ PVH, as well as Structural Heart technology, from a procedures and disease states perspective.

A Day in the Life
- This position is based in Turkey and will be supporting all Training & Education activities and events organized by the EMEA RLM team, which will mainly be executed in Turkey. You will:
- Be in very close collaboration with the Country/Region Commercial organizations, and support the execution of T&E programs defined by the operation unit leads
- Contribute to the planning anf development of T&E activities such as: medical symposia, clinical advisory boards, HCPs educational conferences and working groups, with the help of key opinion leaders
- Help with the implementation of the medical and educational programes (Clinical Immersions, Masterclasses, Fellowships, Proctorships, GLP Learning Pathways, Scientific Round Tables, etc)
- Assist with the execution of the ‘disease area’ health care professional training and education strategy and programs.
- Help with the analysis of the operation unit’s pool of KOL and proctors to ensure optimum utilization of these resources in T&E activities
Must Haves

- Degree in a medical/scientific background – Biomedical Engineering or related
- Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
- Based in Istanbul
- Very good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Very good analytical skills with highest level of integrity
- Very good organizational and project management skills
- Customer focused with empathy and adaptability
- Willingness to travel within the region (very limited)
Nice to Haves
- Proven understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical area and healthcare systems’ specifics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams
- Eager to learn & develop
Program details
- Start date: April/May onwards
- Based in Istanbul, Turkey
- Work model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)
- Full-tim e (40 h/week)
- Duration: 6 months
