Job description:

Job PurposeThis position exists to analyze user requirements, procedures and system problems to automate or improve existing systems efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

 

Key Accountability Areas

• Act as the subject matter expert for system SAP SuccessFactors enhancements, upgrades, and any special projects within recruitment operations
• At all times strive to maximize the utilization of the system in order to automate & standardize processes
• Defines application problem by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures and processes.
• Provides reference by writing documentation.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, HR, IT) to optimize recruitment processes.
• Define and prioritize systems requirements as well as respective activation cycle.
• Develop and document end to end process of all functions within scope.
• Ensure effective and efficient system activations across all functions within scope.
• Reengineer the process to enhance the candidates’ experience and the quality of recruitment.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment technology.
• Define, tackle, and eliminate process gaps through process engineering methodologies.
• Systematically review & continuously improve applied systems to cope with internal and external fluctuations.
• Experience of the SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module is a must.
• Lead the implementation of new features and updates to the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module.

• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

• Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
