Responsibilities:
- Develop and update employee and teacher work programs to enhance the Home Teacher project’s effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job listings, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Establish and document admission criteria for teachers and employees.
- Conduct job interviews for teaching positions and provide comprehensive reports to the CEO.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including interviews and orientation for new hires.
- Ensure employees’ adherence to organization procedures, principles, and work programs.
- Maintain and organize company records, including employee reports, certificates, awards, and vacation/leave tracking.
- Improve internal communication through digital platforms.
- Schedule internal meetings, interviews, and company events.
- Facilitate employee and teacher development through organized training activities.
- Collaborate with the CEO to address administrative issues and provide solutions.
- Collect and analyze data, evaluate company situations, and present recommendations to the CEO.
- Manage and update official company documents, including endorsements, agreements, promissory notes, and contracts.
Requirements:
