FORSA offers a job opportunity in the field of digital marketing, SEO, and multimedia “Digital Marketing, and Multimedia Officer” at the company’s headquarters in Jordan, Amman. The Digital Marketing and Multimedia Officer will work in managing social media accounts, leading advertising campaigns, analyzing interaction statistics, improving SEO practices and tools, email marketing, multimedia production, graphic design for Social Media, and working to increase the number of users of FORSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FORSA strategies to increase interaction and reach, and carry out advertising campaigns via social media.
• Manage and publish the original content of the FORSA portal on social media platforms.
• Develop and implement effective email marketing strategy, plan, and tools.
• Prepare regular analysis reports on content performance across social media platforms.
• Provide regular data analysis reports and predictions, utilizing data tools and Google Analytics.
• Prepare and publish content across social media platforms following FORSA’s goals.
• Manage the social media advertising budget to maximize engagement and impact.
• Interact professionally with individuals and organizations through FORSA’s social media platforms; Including partner organizations, users of the opportunity, and the general public.
• Answer all user questions and inquiries via social media platforms, and prepare a regular analysis of these inquiries.
• Working on Multimedia production and graphic design for Social Media.
• Share For9a news on social media platforms and other traditional media.
• Work to increase the number of registered users on the FORSA portal.
• Work to improve the appearance of the FORSA website on search engines.
• Initiating new ideas that improve the reach of FORSA’s content to people and increase its impact.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in e-marketing, or any other related field.
• fluency in both languages; English and Arabic.
• 2-5 years work experience in a related field.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google AdSense
• Excellent knowledge and experience with various SEO tools (AHREF, SEMRUSH…)
• Having excellent writing skills and the ability to write advertising texts in an interactive and motivational manner.
• Dealing professionally and tactfully with For9a users and colleagues, the ability to work under pressure, and a friendly demeanor.
• Responsibility and ability to manage daily tasks with little follow-up and supervision.
• Creativity, innovation, and the ability to come up with new ideas.
• Believing in the mission of FORSA and being aware of its services and target audience.
• Experience managing social media accounts is an added advantage
• Prior experience in search engine optimization (SEO) standards.
• Knowledge of design creation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic web programming languages such as HTML and CSS is an added advantage.
