BDO Jordan is expanding its team and is therefore seeking to hire a professional Business_Development_Employee.
The Business Development Employee will be involved in developing the business of the firm by researching new opportunities and markets, supporting the development of proposals, and representing BDO Jordan at seminars, conferences and other events, as per the details below:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, English Language,
or any other related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Skills in researching new opportunities and markets.
• Ability to develop proposals, and quotes for different clients.
• Comfortable with various agencies’ forms and procurement policies (such as: USAID, UN, ADB, GIZ, KfW, and others).
• Ability to operate under pressure and deliver to demanding deadlines.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Experience in technical writing.
• Excellent prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions: The Business Development Employee will typically work in an office environment, and may occasionally be required to attend seminars, conferences and other events. The role may require occasional work outside of regular business hours to meet deadlines.
