AI Advocate I – Pakistan
The AI Advocates team acts as the crucial link, connecting Afiniti’s Product developers to a seamless production journey. Their role delves into the nitty-gritty of Afiniti’s Product, covering everything from development to runtime. With responsibilities ranging from refining Feature Requests to tight collaboration with AI Production and meticulous documentation.
This Level II plays a pivotal role in our team, offering not only advanced technical leadership and expertise in C++ but also a fundamental understanding of statistics and probability. This knowledge proves invaluable in comprehending the intricacies of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first layer of Level-3 support to AI Production.
- Act as a bridge between AI Production and Development Team.
- Identify, clarify, document and test/validate requirements for the Development team.
- Ability to look into code and understand it. Occasionally write tests/test cases.
- Conducting statistical checks on simulation results to interpreting data patterns, their grasp of probability enhances decision-making and ensures the robustness of our AI tools.
- Must leverage their Python coding skills to craft tailored scripts, addressing the dynamic needs of the AI Production team.
- Lead the refinement of feature requests, ensuring seamless integration into production applications.
- Operating as a Tier 3 support, they excel in troubleshooting and provide timely resolutions to intricate production challenges.
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Engineering or related quantitative field.
- Strong attention to details.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent skills at distilling complex, ambiguous scenarios into tractable models
- 1-2 years of working experience.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking.
- Experience with computationally intensive applications
- Solid written and verbal communication skills to document and explain complex systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage time independently and take projects to completion
- Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Basic DevOps or continuous deployment/integration experience.
- Skill to understand and write code for C++ & Python
LOCATION/REMOTE WORK STATEMENT
