Associate Quality Assurance

Purpose

Associate HR Quality Assurance (QA) is a crucial role in the development and assurance of HR processes where it ensures that quality and services meet specified requirements and standards. The role involves various responsibilities aimed at ensuring the quality of deliverables as per defined benchmarks and standards. The incumbent needs to have a deep understanding of project requirements, specifications, and objectives and this involves collaboration with stakeholders, including all shops in PCD and other HR Functions. This role plays a critical role in delivering high-quality products by systematically validating and verifying that they meet the specified requirements. The role requires a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Associate HR QA will be aimed at keeping a strong relationship with functional heads to keep on reviewing HR Processes, Identification of Gaps, prepare, propose & track Gap Mitigation Plan, Qualitative and Quantitative (TAT) Analysis of Transactions.

Areas Of Responsibility

1 Conducting Quality Analysis

 Develop a mechanism for a routine and rigorous Quality Assurance Mechanism based on Standards / Benchmarks (KAIZEN model, etc.) to identify delivery gaps.

 Collaborating with process leads to ensure effective communication and coordination for knowledge and data sharing.

 Foresee all processes such as System based, Manual and Hybrid to derive efficiencies and ensure quality deliveries.

 Conduct end-to-end Quantitative / TAT based as well as Qualitative analysis of all processes that contributes to People Experience.

 Continuous review of system-based processes based at SuccessFactors, HCM, S4Hana, SharePoint etc.

 Evaluate and review the processes, which are managed manually through excels and / or emails.

 Review all processes, which are conducted through the combination of different systems and manual efforts.

 Communication with process leads to share effective findings and reviews.

 Building a positive and transparent culture for qualitative and quantitative analysis

 Ascertain the mutually aligned expectations among leadership objectives and functional leads.

 Develop and practice a continuous mechanism for QA review feedback.

 Maintain a documented procedure for all QA findings, reviews, projects, and knowledge sharing.

2 Stakeholders Management

 Establish a continuous and effective connection with all process owners whose processes are contributing towards employee experience.

 Act to influence managing stakeholders to derive QA objectives.

 Bi-Weekly update to line manager on QA Progress and activities.

 Establish a Monthly connect with HoD on QA findings, progress, and projects.

 Develop a mechanism to update CPO every second month to brief on Challenges, Developments, and projects.

 Create a Quarterly visibility with HRLT on Quality Assurance aspects.

 Lead and Influence HR Leadership to achieve QA objectives and deliverables.

3 Gap Identification and Process Improvement

 Adaptation of best practices that may bring ease in processes with consistent experience.

 Identify process efficiencies based on consistent and enhanced people experience.

 Develop and propose a plan with process owners to mitigate gaps to make processes more efficient.

 Collab with process owners to track and follow-up on proposed projects / initiatives to ensure completion.

 Ensure connectivity between QA portfolio and broader objectives of KE Leadership.

Education & Relevant Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or a related field. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
