- Invoice Generation: Create and distribute client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collections: Conduct client invoice collection calls, address payment inquiries, and ensure timely collections.
- Engagement Letters: Prepare engagement letters for client agreements, ensuring clarity and adherence to firm standards.
- Billing and Collections Mastery: Dedicate the first 120 days full-time to mastering billing and collections processes.
- Part-time Transition: Allocate 20 hours per week for billing and collections once proficient, focusing the remaining time on client accounting tasks
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and management
- Self-Starter: Independently manage tasks and meet deadlines, displaying a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Organization: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation to ensure efficient workflow.
