As the Account Manager, Qatar, you’ll act as part of the sales team interfacing closely with Customer Success to ensure customers are attaining maximum value from our products, and scout opportunities for growth within established accounts. The ideal candidate should be eager to develop lasting customer relations and have keen business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and have a consultative style.
You should have the confidence, discipline, and drive to build lasting relationships and hunt for new opportunities with existing customers. You’ll be directly involved in powering our sales to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key clients across a portfolio of clients throughout the region, including Qatar, Oman and Kuwait
- Identify and drive growth strategy across key enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed revenue and renewal quotas
- Prepare and deliver ongoing account renewal and revenue expansion forecasts
- Identify and cultivate account growth opportunities
- Research and build new relationships within existing accounts
- Identify and manage Executive relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Work closely with the Intelligence Services team to ensure customer retention
Qualifications

- Proven track record of successfully achieving against sales targets in an account management/ revenue expansion role.
- Experience with SaaS, information security/cyber
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- You’re a disciplined, tenacious self-starter, coachable and love a challenge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels
- Good time management with strong organisational skills
- You take initiative and proactively seek out the resources needed to solve the problem at hand
- Proactively use resources available to resolve technical questions, especially when you don’t know the answer
- Salesforce experience strongly desired
