Job Description-
New joiner engagement- Plan and Execute Nesting Planner for New joiner assimilation, engagement and Retention.
Connecting with New joiners, establishing rapport, driving Policy awareness, handle grievances, attendance for the first 60-90 days.
Control early attrition and voluntary attrition, ensuring 90% of joiners are retained .
Work closely with Trainers and Line managers , Track absenteeism on 3 days continuous absent employee, Initiate absconding formalities inline with policy
Publish daily/weekly/monthly dash boards and insights to DU leaders and stakeholders on the engagement, exit status
Plan Execute various employee engagement activities.
Drive Amber awareness and participation. Meeting Amber PTM connects closure on time.
Employee exit management and related approvals on time in Oracle fusion.
