DAR AL OMRAN Infrastructure & Environment is looking to hire an experienced Business Development/ Proposals Engineer in the field of Engineering Consultancy to be part of the Department Team within its Head Office in Amman – Jordan.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Search for invitations / announcements/ RFPs/TORs.
•Summarize relevant data and all crucial factors accurately to help management in taking relevant decisions.
•Perform detailed analysis of RFP documents to assess requirements and prepares questions for clarifications sent to the client.
• Schedule and facilitate proposal development kick-off meeting.
• Develop a detailed compliance matrix linked with a work plan governed by mile-stones dates to meet proposal deadline.
• Review the compliance matrix and identify individuals responsible for each section of the RFP response.
•Preparing the technical components of the proposal and collaborate with Assigned technical team to write the content and review it.
• Work closely with Contracts to ensure all financial and legal requirements and proposal forms have been addressed and executed per RFQ/RFP requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to all team members (internal and external for inquiries related to RFP requirements.
•Responsible for having a thorough understanding of all requirements related to the RFP documents.
• Embed sub-contractors/consultants agreements (if needed) in the final proposal according to the Company’s Policies.
•Reviews all proposal draft and final document versions to ensure responsiveness to RFP, thoroughness, accuracy, and quality.
• Compile a technical comprehensive proposal that is fully compliant to RFP requirements.
• Identify any potential problems that may arise during the proposal development process and develops effective solutions.
• Communicate with clients to follow-up on the offers presented to them.
• Establish and maintain a master proposal schedule of current and projected cycles.
•Organize Company database.
