Position: Junior Project Coordinator
Location: Amman, Jordan
Job Type: Full-Time
✨Responsibilities:
🔹 Project Planning: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
🔹 Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
🔹 Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports.
🔹 Task Tracking: Monitor project tasks and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
🔹 Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate issues to the project manager for resolution.
🔹 Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
🔹 Reporting: Prepare regular status reports for project stakeholders.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project-related materials.
✨Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
🔹Strong organizational and time-management skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
🔹 Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
🔹 A prior internship or coursework in project management is a plus.
