JOB PURPOSE

Assist the the marketing team with managing campaigns to bring in more pipeline for both our B2B and B2C side. You will gather and analyze data on our B2C audience to identify new markets and tactics to drive demand for our training platform and help get new campaigns to market and measure and report on results for our B2B side. You will conduct market research, plan marketing and sales forecasting, and work with both Marketing Directors to create a strategic plan to assess and ensure the achievement of targets.

• Hubspot savvy
• Salesforce experience
• Google ads certifications
• Strong data analytical skills. Can review data and make strategic recommendations.
• Have managed organic and paid social campaigns before
• Know how to deliver a marketing campaign end-to-end, across content, design, copy, etc.
• Experience working on both B2B and B2C teams
• Experience in managing vendors /agencies
• Experience in product and referral marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all marketing campaigns project management for B2B and B2C
• Assist in making sure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective leads for both B2C and B2B
• Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
• Assist B2B team in setting up, delivering and managing B2B growth campaigns
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure for our target audience.
• Product, event and referral marketing experience preferably
