What’s On Your Plate?

Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with various functions and country teams.
Design, develop, and maintain ongoing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
Perform deep-dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.
Identify, develop & optimize growth channels to drive revenue growth.
Analyse marketing/ Sales data and users’ feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to decision-making future marketing strategies.
Experiment with new ideas and investigate results for better potentiality of Growth and achieve targets through different channels.
Provide inputs & expertise to drive efficiency of different business activities.
Work closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results.
Leverage existing tools to improve back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicity.
Establish reporting standards and engage data engineering to deliver automated solutions, where possible (this is based on resources and MIS we have)
Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders.
