Senior Content Creator – Syria
About the job
Job Objective
Roya Media Group is looking for a Content Creator ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of managing the channel’s platforms, collecting and analysing information about the number and nature of website visitors, and updating the website with the required materials and information.
Duties
- Follow and cover daily Syrian News and trends.
- Produce creative Syrian related stories and (non trendy) based on motion pics and text
- Upload and schedule the posts on multiple platforms with proper tags
- Create and produce digital weekly no host shows
- Create catchy digital friendly thumbnails
- Create Syrian stories that interest expats.
- Create cultural diversity & similarity shorts .
- Have editing skills, Arabic fluency.
- Coordinate with Other freelancers.
- Put reports with numbers.
- Research on industry-related topics.
- Publishing the content on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Tiktok.
- Cover events and get exclusive reports .
- Shoot stories and photos according to the guidelines .
- Analyse Social media insights to measure the success of the content.
- Apply the editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Produce digital weekly no host shows in English translated to Arabic
- Translate the stories from lead creator by text.
Qualifications:

- 5+ years experience in managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of digital trends, social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent moderation skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts to fulfil the requirements of the position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Must be fluent in English.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
