SmartSource is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our leading USA healthcare projects for an Optometry Clinic. If you have excellent language skills, a passion for providing top-notch customer service, and a desire to work in the medical field, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Set patient appointments and manage schedules efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support promptly
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous relevant experience is a plus
- Knowledge in the Medical field is an advantage
- Flexibility to work PM shifts
