Operations Executive (Fresh Graduate)

Role and Responsibilities: As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in the behind-the-scenes operations that make our clients’ travel dreams a reality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the team to coordinate and manage travel bookings, reservations, and itineraries.

• Liaising with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

• Handling pre-trip preparations, including documentation, visa processing, and travel insurance.

• Assisting in post-travel follow-ups and gathering feedback to enhance our services.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a quick learner.

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
