Senior Project Architect
About the job
– Senior Architect with 15+ years of experience.
– Experience in Autodesk Revit for both Architecture and Interior Design is a must.
– Creative in 3d Visualization for both Architecture and Interior Design is a plus.
– Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting.
– Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
– Provide design support and documentation during the completion and execution of design concepts.
– Work with external consultants, electrical and mechanical, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.
– Engage in marketing and business development efforts.
Integrate new technology and tools on projects (Al, AR, VR, computational design, etc.)
