Senior Sales in Luxurious Furniture

About the job
Our Client has a luxurious furniture brand worldwide and is seeking to hire a Senior Sales to join the the team in Baghdad. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and cultivating relationships with high-end clientele.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the luxurious furniture brand.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities, utilizing the insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Present and showcase the luxurious furniture collections to clients, providing in-depth product knowledge, highlighting features, materials, and design aesthetics.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples, ensuring clients have a hands-on experience with the luxurious furniture pieces.
Collaborate with the design team to offer customized solutions and assist clients in coordinating fabric, finish, and customization options.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of our luxurious furniture.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and closing sales successfully.
Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain an attractive and visually appealing showroom environment, ensuring furniture displays are well-presented and reflect the brand’s luxury image.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and design influences, continuously enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client visits to promote the brand and develop new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives, provide customer feedback, and contribute to marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Significant experience in luxury sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or high-end retail industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive sales environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with affluent clientele.
In-depth knowledge and passion for luxury furniture, including familiarity with different styles, materials, and design trends.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to tailor sales approaches to different customer preferences and requirements.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to showcase products and articulate their unique value proposition.

Showroom Assitant

About the job
Our Client has a luxurious furniture brand worldwide and is seeking to hire a Showroom Assistant to join the the team in Baghdad. As a Showroom Assistant you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our upscale furniture showroom.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in their furniture selection process, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and information about the luxurious furniture collections, including features, materials, and design aesthetics.
Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone or email.
Assist customers in coordinating fabric and finish selections, offering guidance and advice as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate customer appointments and consultations.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom, ensuring furniture displays are clean and well-presented.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team and showroom manager regarding stock availability and replenishment needs.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, including capturing customer information, product details, and payment transactions.
Assist with post-sales activities, such as scheduling deliveries, coordinating with the logistics team, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, or service inquiries professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support showroom events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all showroom visitors.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or luxury retail industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
Strong product knowledge and passion for luxurious furniture, including familiarity with different styles, materials, and design trends.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced showroom setting.
Proficiency in using technology and computer systems for order processing, inventory management, and customer communication.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve showroom goals.
Knowledge of interior design principles and space planning is a plus.
Fluency in additional languages is an advantage, especially if serving a diverse customer base.
