About The Role
To lead and enhance the company’s operational excellence, drive effective negotiations, budgeting, purchasing, and streamline workflows to boost productivity and performance. Collaborate closely with Senior Management to develop long-term operational strategies that align with the business goals. Leverage strong leadership, outstanding organizational skills, and innovative thinking to establish new benchmarks of success.
About You
Ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Or Equivalent), in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in a Senior Leadership role in a similar industry (Heavy Equipments/Construction
- Strong experience in Strategic Business Planning, Budget Development, Operations Management and Process Improvement, Negotiation (Internal/External), Business Performance & Productivity Management; and Stakeholder Relations Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines
