About This Role

G&T is deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM to all our customer-facing teams. We view CRM as a key component to become more efficient, improve productivity and elevate customer service. As the CRM Product Owner, you will play a critical role in leading our transformation. You will be responsible for the product roadmap, CRM platform adoption, and continuous advancement in CRM/CE post-implementation. You will work with different stakeholders to identify opportunities to apply CRM capabilities throughout our operations. G&T will look to you to deliver tangible business results that enable growth and a superior customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Develop exceptional relationship with business stakeholders to gain an understanding of their business, strategic objectives, and operational challenges to inform the evolution of the CRM platform roadmap.
Develop, plan, manage, and execute the Microsoft Dynamics CRM roadmap for Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and all other customer-facing functions.
Take accountability for the implementation of the CRM roadmap through end-to-end project delivery including planning, resource management, requirements elicitation, backlog development, user story development, delivery, and deployment.
Create compelling cases for change and for the adoption of external CRM best practices, socialize them, and gain support for implementation throughout the organization.
Establish a strong relationship with Microsoft and other CRM thought leaders, to bring awareness to G&T and enhance the platform roadmap.
Implement high standards of service delivery and day-to-day support for CRM-enabled business capabilities through support, resolution of tickets, training etc.
Implement governance, change management and configuration management practices related to the CRM platform.
Develop and coach the team to ensure high levels of engagement, morale, and innovation.
Create a positive, creative, diverse, and inclusive environment that supports and promotes a culture where a range of ideas and perspectives are welcomed.

What You’ll Need

Post secondary education in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience in a CRM product related role specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Dynamics ecosystem; Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE certification a definite plus.
Strong understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to envision and communicate the CRM solution’s long-term potential, but also get tactical, hands=on and perform configuration.
Superior ability to synthesize information, apply technology to business challenges, formulate and present solutions, and manage strategic and technical roadmaps.
Proficiency with journey mapping, persona management, voice of customer and business process re-engineering.
Experience in change management, user adoption, and training strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
Curious and inquisitive personality passionate about helping others (in business and IT functions) work more efficiently and effectively.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Location: Our head-office is in Vaughan, ON. There is currently a requirement to work from our head office 3 days a week.
