A leading Engineering and Environmental Consulting firm is seeking for Electrical Engineer as the following qualification and experience:
1.1 EMC/MA Project Director
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Engineering (Civil or as Relevant to the subject).
- Must have a minimum of (20) years’ experience in the work field with bachelor’s degree previously acquired, out of which (10) years’ experience as a senior manager with internationally recognized foreign Engineering Consultancy organizations.
- Along with experience in the design and engineering of major high-value infrastructure such as bridges, tunnels, roads, storm water drainage, culverts, and programs for major urban and rural development.
- Experience of managing road and bridge construction and maintenance contractors.
- Must hold a professional Engineering License accredited from Western professional body.
1.2 Sr. Maintenance Engineer
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum related experience of (12) years with bachelor’s degree, out of which a minimum of (7) years in the road maintenance and operation with internationally renowned engineering consultant.
- Must have sound experience of highway and contractor management and maintenance systems including pavement repairs, traffic control systems and safety aspects of roads and their operation.
- Experience of managing a team of technicians and inspectors and to be English/Arabic bilingual.
1.3 Sr. Traffic Engineer

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant, with Masters in (Traffic and Transportation) from a western country.
- Must have work field experience of not less than (12) years with bachelor’s degree, out of which a minimum of (7) years of work experience at managing road traffic movements in traffic and transportation projects.
- Must have solid experience with Engineering Traffic Systems that includes capacity evaluations, Traffic Control Systems, and Highway Safety Measures.
1.4 Implementation / supervision engineer
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering or in Construction.
- Must have at least (8) years’ experience in the relevant fields, out of which a minimum of (4) years in the implementation / supervision of road and infrastructure works and road maintenance with a Specialist Road Company or an engineering consulting firm that had previously supervised road and infrastructure construction and maintenance.
- Must have full knowledge of technical specifications for the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure works.
- Must hold a professional accreditation license from a well-known professional body.
1.5 Inspector/supervisor

- A minimum of 6 years related experience in construction supervision and on-site inspection.
- Sound experience of identifying, assessing, and measuring road defects and their safe rectification.
- Experience of managing construction contractors on site.
- Preferably previous work experience, including on site
- Must be English/Arabic bilingual.
1.6 CAD Technician
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution with a minimum experience of (7) years in the relevant Auto Cad field with either a civil engineering contractor or consultant.
- Must have proven competence in using AutoCAD version 12 or later version, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Micro Station with experience in ordering and coordination of files.
