We are seeking an Architectural Assistant to collaborate with our design team, contributing to the creation of architectural drawings, design concepts, and project coordination. This role involves using CAD software, conducting research and even includes a 3D demonstration task to support our architectural endeavors.

Responsibilities:

Utilize CAD software to assist in producing architectural drawings, plans, and schematics.

Collaborate closely with architects and designers to help develop innovative design concepts and practical solutions.

Conduct thorough research on building materials, codes, and regulations to inform design choices.

Showcase your skills by preparing a 3D demonstration to illustrate an architectural concept effectively.

Contribute to preparing and organizing project documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings.

Actively participate in on-site visits, aiding in documenting existing conditions and project progress.

Assist in coordinating and communicating with external contractors, consultants, and clients.

Enhance visual communication through well-prepared design presentations and clear graphical representations.

Support key aspects of project management, ranging from maintaining schedules to tracking budgets.

Foster a structured and creative work environment by maintaining meticulous project files and collaborating effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

knowledge of 3D modeling software and the ability to demonstrate a 3D concept effectively.

Enthusiastic approach to learning and a readiness to take on new challenges and innovative ideas.

Have experience minimum of 4 years
