Shull for Employment Solutions is looking for Mall Manager to work for one of the known malls in Erbil
- Strategic marketing, sales, and service organization for the center.
- Annual development planning for the shopping centers growth.
- Creating a quarterly plan to optimize yearly sales and profits.
- Evaluating leasing contract profits than responsibilities and replacements.
- Analyzing service fees relative to leasing contracts.
- Comprehensive income analysis: leasing vs. sales and services fees on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Effective management of sales activities and adherence to company sales protocols.
- Monitoring and enhancing leasing and retail performance, implementing corrective measures.
- Successful onboarding of new tenants: resource management, expectation alignment, and satisfaction.
- Coordinating leasing processes, overseeing warehousing, production, and financial management.

- Proven experience as a Mall Manager or Senior position in Shopping Center Management.
- Languages required: English and Arabic are required; Kurdish or Turkish are plus.
- 5+ years of experience in this sector is required.
- Having strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams of employees, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensuring a positive shopping experience for visitors and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.-Strong organizational skills to keep track of various tasks, projects, and schedules.
