To enlarge our experienced and dynamic team, we seek a Finance / Accounting Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all finance & accounting topics, including weekly payments, all types of bank issues and preparing bank letters, check transactions, payroll processing etc.
Correspondence with the clients for daily finance subjects, reconciliation with customers
Prepare monthly reporting and/or periodical financial status analyses for the clients
Control incoming invoices and expenses, store them in SAP
Providing information and document flow to the audit firm
Support Company’s SAP Automation Improvements
Support Supply Chain & Employee Leasing Services of the Company when necessary
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
At least 5 years of experience in Finance / Accounting or a related disipiclines
International reporting and strong analytical and follow-up skills
ERP experience, preferably with SAP Business One
Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Ledger applications
Good verbal and written skills in English, German is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel
Anlaytical thinking, problem solving and detail-oriented work attitude
No military obligation
Located in İzmir, working model is hybrid
