About the job

Primary Responsibility

• Take orders and serve food on time
• Neatly set tables at all times (using pre-bussing), even during guest dining
• Follow service standards as trained
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and grooming as directed by management
• Maintain the cleanliness of your respective section
• Ensure the presence of a Waiter in your section when you are not available
• Prompty report any guest complaints to supervisory staff
• Run food to the table as and when required
• Maintain an attentive, cordial, polite and helpful attitude towards every guest

Additional

• Participate in detailed cleaning of sections, kitchen and restaurant as required
• Receive instructions from supervisory staff and execute
• Maintain a cordial and cooperative team atmosphere in the restaurant for smooth operations
• Safeguard all equipment and products of the section from being misused
