Sales Executive

CloudPSO, a leader in offshore outsourcing and business process solutions, is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. Leveraging innovative technology, we simplify offshore outsourcing to help businesses focus on what they do best. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward by expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction through exemplary service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Spearheaded both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions and maintain detailed client records.
- Sales Enablement: Leverage sales enablement tools to optimize the sales process and drive results.
- Cold Calling: Execute cold calling strategies to reach potential clients, identify their needs, and introduce them to CloudPSO’s services.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements

- 4-5 years of proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Strong understanding of the IT and outsourcing industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Timing: 8 AM – 5 PM (US Pacific Time zone)
