As an Office boy, your duties and responsibilities are to make sure that the office is organized, by performing tasks such as assisting office staff, serving guests and staff a beverage, cleaning areas needed to be clean, checking and purchasing supplies for the pantry and coordinating with the maintenance for any part that has a need to repair.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and control kitchen and office material storage.
- Preparing / Serving Coffee, Tea, and other beverages for the Employer, Staff, and visitors.
- Manage the grocery expenses and submit the invoices to the Reception for the data entry report of expenses.
- Clean the Pantry on a daily basis – keep the pantry clean at all times.
- Keeping track of material consumption, and monitoring the use of office equipment and pantry supplies.
- Responsible for performing various surface tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, removing trash, and changing trash bags.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, office cabins, windows, office furniture, and equipment daily and frequently as needed.
- Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
- Assisting staff if necessary.
- Cooperating with office staff to maintain a proper and friendly environment.
- Dealing with visitors, and answering phone calls in the reception area (if needed)
- Keep client and staff pantry, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine in tidy and good order.
- Performing general errands when asked to do so.
