About the job

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field, accompanied by a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
• Experience with video editing/montage creation tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with hand drawing or illustration is highly desirable.
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS is also desirable.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.

Creative and Conceptual Skills:

• Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to develop compelling visual content for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Ability to create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics.
• Able to translate business objectives into creative solutions effectively.

Languages:

• Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages highly desirable.
• The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas, ensuring seamless collaboration across our diverse, multilingual team.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to troubleshoot design issues, optimize user experience, and refine visual elements.

Project Management:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies would be beneficial.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Teamwork:

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, understanding user requirements, and translating them into design elements.
• Willingness to provide and receive constructive criticism and to improve based on feedback.

Adaptability:

• Ability to adapt to changes in project requirements and to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Eagerness to learn about new trends and technologies in the design field.

Professionalism:

• High level of professionalism and ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Respect for intellectual property rights and adherence to copyright laws.
