Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into our computer systems, social media and databases
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry
Handle data entry tasks within specified time frames
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficient in using data entry software and tools
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to spot and correct errors effectively
Ability to work independently and also within a team with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
