Senior Technician – Media Management

Responsibilities:

• Configure, Install and Maintain Avid Interplay infrastructure.

• Install, configure and maintain Airspeeds for Capture and Playout.

• Configure, backup and maintain NAS, Avid Nexis and Dell storages.

• Good Knowledge on Avid MediaCentral environment including Shared Library for archiving and restoring, Ingest and MediaCentral Cloud UX.

• Prepare, install and maintain Avid editing workstations with I/O devices.

• Good understanding of grading workstations with Davinci Control Panels.

• Good understanding of windows active directory “create users and groups including GPOs”

• Good knowledge in windows 10 and office 365 / data archiving / storage /active directory.

• Printing management.

• Wireless configuration.

• Keep all the support requests documented on our internal ticketing system

• Good understanding in networking preferable Cisco infrastructure.

Requirement:

BS or BE in Computer Science/Engineer

Minimum 3 years of experience
