They include the exploration, refining and production, marketing, and sale of oil and gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG), natural gas liquids (NGL), gas to liquids (GTL) products, refined products, petrochemicals, fertilizers, steel and aluminum.
Position
The Business Opportunity Manager is responsible for identifying and developing the business strategies and business objectives in relation to all QatarEnergy business areas across the Oil & Gas value chain. You will:
• Lead and manage the identification of, screenings, evaluations and negotiations of new business opportunities.
• Lead and manage the negotiations of all transaction and Commercial Agreements including renewals, in the context of partnerships, M&A, divestments and restructuring projects.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of work experience in Oil & Gas industry within reputed NOCs/IOCs of which 10 years directly in Business Development, Evaluations, M&A and Negotiations.
• Excellent knowledge Downstream complexities including risks, markets, commercials, financials, economics.
• Excellent negotiation skills, diplomacy and general management profile with high degree of integrity, confidence and independence.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communications skills and multicultural team spiri
• Bachelor degree in from an internationally recognized university. Postgraduate Qualification (MSc. or MBA) is preferred
